Resort Energetik: Hotel and Single Family Villas, Ufa, Russia

Resort Energetik includes a 3-star hotel that incorporates 24 small guest apartments, surrounded by 8 single-family villas, a restaurant, a health resort, sports facilities/terrains, and a marina. The team was responsible for designing the entire leisure complex, including the architecture of all the buildings, some elements of the interior design, and the landscape architecture of the entire area.

My responsibilities included 2D design drawing, construction details, graphic design presentations and visualizations, technical documentation and specifications, as well as ensuring production and quality control. It is clear that the same architectural elements, structures, and materials were repeatedly used as part of the facade composition of all objects on the site, establishing a unique appearance for the resort through continuity of architectural elements. Single-family residences, categorized as type A and B based on slightly dissimilar architectural form, interior function, size of living units, and facade materialization, are ranked as 4-star leisure accommodations. The ground floor is designed as a daily family gathering space, while the upper floors are for sleeping quarters. The initial resort plan included only one villa of each type, however, the total number increased to eight villas by the time the project was completed.

Health Resort and Hotel Rosinka, Ufa, Russia

Rosinka is another project designed as a part of the Resort Energetik complex, situated on a lake in Ufa, Russia. It is re-imagined as a traditional Russian spa center for the purposes of rehabilitation and relaxation, packed inside a modern architectural shell. It includes various small pools, different kinds of saunas, and other health facilities. The project also provides overnight accommodations for guests as needed. Unlike other architectural structures in the complex, it was not newly designed, being the only existing building on the site before the project commenced. The team focused on facade redesign and restoration, in addition to the reconstruction of the interior and design of the accommodation quarters. The facade was restyled to communicate the overall look and feel of the entire complex.

Restaurant Energetik, Ufa, Russia

The restaurant, part of Energetik Resort, was designed to accommodate all guests of the resort - existing hotels and spa center - on an everyday basis throughout the whole year. Additionally, it was planned to provide service to a small number of visitors who are not paying guests of the resort. The overall appearance, facade, architectural structure, and materials are designed to follow the established architectural style throughout the area.
